Ages 7-12 Competition Company Team Auditions

I Love Dance! is looking for dancers to form our Competition Company Team! Dancers don’t have to be advanced to attend audition. We are looking for raw talent and an enthusiasm for learning dance. If selected, dancers will meet 2x a week- Tuesday & Thursday from 7:30-8:30 at the Jefferson Park Recreation Center. Dancers will compete at regional dance competitions, perform at an Atlanta Hawks game at half-time, make special ILD! appearances, learn challenging and innovative choreography (hip-hop, lyrical, jazz, contemporary & classical ballet) and represent ILD! ONE SCHOLARSHIP will be awarded.

1. Auditions will be Tuesday October 11th from 7:30-8:30 at the Jefferson Park Recreation Center in East Point inside community room
2. 1431 Norman Berry Drive East Point, GA 30344 2. Dancers need to wear:
   • footless or transition tights any color
   • any color leotard (no skirted leotards)
   • jazz pants, hot shorts, or any other fitted cover up. (optional)
   • Ballet shoes
3. The audition will comprise of ballet technique - a short ballet barre and center/across the floor combinations, jazz and lyrical/contemporary dance.
